Description
Install BLAST
Usage
blast_install(url, dest_dir = "bin", force = FALSE)
Arguments
url
(Optional) Default will search for the latest version
URL to retrieve BLAST version from.
dest_dir
(Optional) Default "bin"
Directory to install BLAST within.
force
Whether existing installs should be forcefully overwritten
