Write PLINK files

Function to write bed/bim/fam files from a pcadapt or an lfmm file.

writeBed(file, is.pcadapt)

`file`	A pcadapt or lfmm file.
`is.pcadapt`	a boolean value.

The input 'bedfile' path.
