Description

Draw a GDM figure for different window size to determine the optimal window size.

Usage

GDM_swHM_figure(Control, IPBT.prior=FALSE,winSizeRanges = seq(from = 5,to = 200,by = 5),history=NA,IPBT.id=NA)

Arguments

Control	Data matrix for control samples.
IPBT.prior	Logical value to specify using external historical data or IPBT prior.
groupRanges	Window size used to calculate GDM figure. Default value is 5 to 200 increased by 5.
history	External historical data is required to provide if using external historical data.
IPBT.id	IPBT prior id is required if using IPBT prior.
