In biospi/bayesprot: Bayesian Protein-level Quantification for Proteomics

BayesProt

Bayesian mixed-effects model and uncertainty propagation for mass spectrometry proteomics, achieving sensitive protein-level quantification and differential expression analysis.

BayesProt is now seaMass-delta, an R package supporting labelled, unlabelled and DIA datasets. This BayesProt repository hosts only the legacy BayesProt tool supporting the following papers:
