Reorders the rows of the input data.frame based on the sc3min_k_markers_clusts
column and also keeps only the top 10 genes for each value of sc3min_k_markers_clusts.

Arguments
markers
a data.frame object with the following colnames:
sc3min_k_markers_clusts, sc3min_k_markers_auroc, sc3min_k_markers_padj.
