cReedHranac/batwintor: Tool for bat hibernation energetics

This pacakge combines mammalian hibernation energetics modeling with a species distribution to provide estimations for the resources required for over winter survival. The package also includes methods for accessing potential disease outcomes for bat species affected by White-nose Syndrome in North America.
