torporTime Calculates time or torpor bout given ambient temperature or EWL, whichever comes first

Arguments
Ta
ambient temperature
pct.rh
precent humidity
areaPd
surface area infected by fungus
WNS
logical, if TRUE, considers the effect of Pd growth on EWL
bat.params
parameters returned by bat.params
fung.params
parameters returned by fung.params
