Description

This function computes the parameter estimates of MGEO .

Usage

mgeo_fit(data, tol = .Machine$double.eps^(1/2), maxiter = 500)

Arguments

data

is data.frame of observations from MGEO model

tol

is error tolerance level for checking convergence.

Details

mgeo_fit fits MGEO model to data.

Value

list of parameter estimates and deviance
