Usage

## S4 method for signature 'Phenotypes'
scores(object)

## S4 method for signature 'gespeR'
scores(object, type = c("GSP", "SSP"))

Arguments

object	A gespeR or Phenotypes object
type	The type of phenotype scores (GSP, SSP)

Value

A named vector of scores for each phenotype identifier
