christensensm/COMPOSE: Calculation and Visualization of Phenotypic CRISPR Screens
This package allows the user to take data from a phenotypic CRISPR screen and perform various QC analysis followed by a basic scoring method for guide RNAs. Downstream analyses can then be performed using gene-level data for pathway analyses, etc.
