PlotMainLikelihoods: Plot main likelihoods by component

Not a very useful plot, need to replace this with something more informative and less misleading.
Usage
1
PlotMainLikelihoods(asap.name, asap, a1, save.plots, od, plotf, liz.palette)
Arguments
asap.name
Base name of original dat file (without the .dat extension)
asap
name of the variable that read in the asap.rdat file
a1
list file produced by grab.aux.files function
save.plots
save individual plots
od
output directory for plots and csv files
plotf
type of plot to save
liz.palette
color definitions
