Description
gsi_simBinaryPath checks to see if you are running in windows or Mac and then
it looks for the executable file for gsi_sim in the appropriate place in the package
directory. If it doesn't find it, it notes the error and stops. If the platform
is not Mac or Windows, it also throws an error.
