Arguments
phylo
phyloseq object.
attribute
Column name of the sample table, obtained from sam_data.
level
c("Kingdom", "Phylum", "Class", "Order", "Family", "Genus", "Species".)
relative
logical value.
Value
A barplot grouped by attribute.
