FGU avoidance

This package contains functions for loading, preprocessing, analysing and visualising data from a avoidance experiments at Institute of Physiology, ASCR.

Overview

The package loads either files from a folder or loads entire folder with each file representing recording from a single animal. Example of the recording can be found in the "inst/extdata/run" folder.

The package depends on navr package. This package is accessible at github here
