`x`	an object of class 'parGADA'
`chr`	chromosome of interest
`sample`	sample of interest
`regions`	regions to be highlighted
`delim`	same as xlim. Default is NULL
`title`	should title be added? Default is TRUE

a plot highlighting the altered regions
