jdreyf/sybilxf: R package for integration of Seahorse extracellular flux (XF) data with metabolic modeling.

This package integrates the OCR and PPR measurements produced by Seahorse's mito stress test and performs metabolic modeling with R package sybil to generate flux predictions.
