ES(sn.table, geneset, hits.only = T, weight = 1)
Arguments
sn.table
an ordered, valued ranking of genes
geneset
a set of genes to test
hits.only
Emit values only for genes in the geneset(True) or all values(False)
weight
The weighting parameter used in GSEA v2 and up. For V1 this value is set to 0.
Value
A data.frame of the enrichment score for each gene in the geneset or ranking.
