AnceTran is an R package that performs transcriptome phylogenetic analysis
based on RNA-seq expression data and ChIP-seq TF-binding data,
including optimized input formatting, normalization
and pair-wise distance evaluation, character tree building and
ancestral transcriptome state inference.
