jotsetung/generalgcrma: GCRMA background adjustment for Affymetrix Tiling, Exon and Gene ST microarrays.
This package provides functions for the GCRMA background adjustment of non-AffyBatch based microarray data. Some of the functions are designed to run on a computer cluster or on a multicore computer in a parallel way.
