jtheorell/theFlowSpec: Tools for spectral unmixing of overdetermined flow-cytometry files. And other nice things.

The purpose of this package is to provide an open-source alternative to conventional cytometry analysis software. It was created to deal with the insufficiencies in conventional software when it comes to spectral decomposition of over-determined flow-cytometry files. Such files most often come from spectral flow cytometers, but can also be generated using normal flow-cytometers if all channels are kept open. The software contains everything needed to perform a cytometry analysis: interactive gating tools in one and two dimensions, tools for correction of spectral unmixing and for determination of useful transformation values, based on arcsinh transform. When coupled to euclidMicroClust and DepecheR, the software suite can handle everything from data pre-filtering to cluster- and variable selection.
