rankingplot_separate_group() Function
Description
This function plots ranking in group separation
Usage
rankingplot_separate_group(
gene_ranked,
colorvalue,
ranking_groups,
outDIR,
fileName
)
Arguments
gene_ranked
: data contains gene ranking
colorvalue
: values of colors with ranking groups
ranking_groups
: groups that are used to calculate the ranking
outDIR
: directory to save plots
fileName
: names added in file name
Value
normalised matrix
