plot_fishes_location: Plot two fishes with location

plot_fishes_location creates a ggplot annotation layer with two hamlets and a flag.

1	plot_fishes_location(left, right, loc)

`left`	string, three letter species identifier
`right`	string, three letter species identifier
`loc`	string, sample location (bel [Belize]/ hon [Honduras]/ pan [Panama])

This is used to annotate plots.
