lambdamoses/SeuratBasics: Slimmed down version of Seurat

Seurat is an awesome package for scRNA-seq data analysis, but its numerous dependencies means that it takes a long time to install Seurat on Linux systems. This is a slimmed down version of Seurat, only keeping the most commonly used features, to reduce the number of dependencies. This is very helpful for Google Colab tutorials using Seurat and for web services that involve Seurat but are impeded by the numerous dependencies.
