Usage

estimateSIRratio(saveDir, readLength)
Arguments
saveDir
Path to the directory where sample results are saved.
readLength
Total read length.
Value
Saves a data.frame containing SIRratio estimates
for each intron group in a file named "SIRratio.txt" in saveDir.
