Select two contrasts from your input data, choose a value to color the points and a threshold for p-values that should be included. DeeDee constructs an interactive scatterplot and returns the brushed genes when you select a region in the plot. Push the button on the left to perform an over-representation analysis on the brushed genes against the background of all plotted genes.
