In llrs/BioCor: Functional similarities

Please read the contribution guide and make your issue as useful for others (and me to help you) as you can.

If you: * are using the latest version of the package * have read the vignette * have checked in Bioconductor support site * have checked in past issues

and you couldn't solve your problem, please describe your problem with: * a minimal reproducible example * the sessionInfo

I'll try to answer the issue ASAP, but if you find the solution meanwhile, consider adding it here and closing the issue, this will help me for the FAQ section of the vignette. If you don't have a problem and want to contribute with ideas or code, they are welcome.
