Details
bcbioSmallRnaDataSet is a subclass of
MultiAssayExperiment::MultiAssayExperiment designed to store an RNA-seq
analysis.
The metadata accessor contains:
Sample summary statistics (a.k.a. metrics).
Server run paths.
R local environment information, including sessionInfo().
