Description

Clustering small RNA samples.

Usage

bcbSmallPCA(bcb, type = "mirna", minAverage = 5, columns = NULL,
  data = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

bcb	bcbioSmallRnaDataSet.
type	Data type to plot: mirna, cluster, isomir, trna.
minAverage	Minimun average small RNA expression to be kept. (log2 scale.)
columns	Columns in colData to add to heatmap.
data	Only return data.
...	Options pass to DEGreport::degPCA().
