nogo
maximum interim nogo

interim sample size

final maximum no go.

prob
True probability.
Weights
probability of each outcome at the interim. If NA, assumes binomial

the probability of a non-concordant no go decision given that a no go has been oberved at the interim.
The probability of No Go depnds on the exact value oberved at the interim, which is unknown.
To solve this, we use a weighting factor which represents the probability of each individual outcome, however
this may not be particularly informative.
