Arguments

Path to folder containing raw files which should be converted
Details
Requires installation of ProteoWizard (http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html). Pay attention to installation requirements.
Value
Resulting mzXML files are stored in a sub-directory within specified raw file folder
