The administered treatment corresponding to each observation. Stored as a factor.

sequence

The treatment sequence for the subject corresponding to each observation. Stored as a factor.

'sequence index'

The treatment sequence index for the subject corresponding to each observation. Stored as a factor.

square

A categorical covariate. Stored as a factor.
