Description
helper function to generate titles for EICgeneral
Usage
EICtitles(mzs, rts, ppm)
Arguments
mzs
vector of mz values (not ranges)
rts
vector of retention time values (not ranges)
ppm
mz window +/- mzmid in ppm that will be plotted
Value
a character vector with plot titles of same length as
rts and mzs
