Description
Load multiregion fits as a combined fit object
Usage
spim_combined_load_multiregion(path, get_severity = FALSE)
Arguments
path
Directory name. Within here we expect to see
fits.rds
get_severity
Logical, indicating whether to extract severity (e.g.
IFH, IHR, HFR, etc.) trajectories. Must default to FALSE, as these
are routine (e.g. MTPs) sircovid outputs.
Value
A combined fit object
