strip_model: Strip Model to Reduce Memory Footprint

In muschellij2/msseg: Segmentation of Lesions for Multiple Sclerosis

Description

Strips elements from a glm or lm object to reduce size. Allows for printing/showing, but summary must be run before stripping

Usage

strip_model(model)

Arguments

model

Object of class glm or lm

Value

Object of class glm or lm, but with some elements removed
