edgeGroupsa data.table with four columns: parent, child, edgeID, edgeGroup. EdgeIDs must match those of alleleData object.
siteLabelCriteriaa character vector containing the names of the columns in alleleData@siteInfo to use to label sites
paramEnvironA locked environment that contains three elements params, paramIndex, and fixed
