Description

Saved details of sets for the years in which the data are in GFBio. Thus all set data (not species) is now in gfiphc.

A tibble with one row for each set, with columns:

trip ID number from GFBio

set ID number from GFBio

IPHC station number

setInTrip

set number during the trip

obsHooksPerSet

observed number of hooks for that set

deplHooksPerSet

deployed number of hooks for that set

skatesCount

number of skates on the set

effSkateIPHC

effective skate number from the IPHC

iphcUsabilityCode

usability code from the IPHC

iphcUsabilityDesc

usability description from the IPHC

usable

whether or not (Y/N) the set is usable, as determined by the IPHC

standard

whether or not (Y/N) the set is in the standard area or the expansion area (in 2018, and maybe later)
