R scripts for handling sharkeyspec data
Reads in, analyzes, and fits data of combined fluorescence, spectroscopy, and gas exchange from the Sharkey spec. Contains scripts useful for any IDEA-spec platform.
Features vectorized functions for reading, aggregating, and fitting ECS, PS2, and PS1 data, creating tidy datasets which are easy to manipulate and combine with gas exchange data.
To install, run the following code:
install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("poales/sharkeySpec")
