Description
This function allows you to extract some statistics from GTF file
Usage
strGTF2stat(stringtieGTF)
Arguments
stringtieGTF
is the GTF merged by stringtie and imported with 'importGFF()' function from 'rtracklayer' package
Examples
strGTF2stat('GTF from stringtie by importGFF()')
