Installation

To use the package, please install package devtools and install EPICYST:

devtools::install_github("pwinskill/EPICYST")

You will need an appropriate compiler installed: (https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/)

The package ODEs are all driven by the odin package. More information is available at: (https://github.com/richfitz/odin/).
