  chi, pih, pil, HPS, ...)

Arguments

delta	Egg production rate (per month)
tau	Egg to pig transmission paramter
phi	Proportion of infected pigs with low-intensity cyst burden
alpha	Human recovery rate from Taenisasis (per month)
dH	Human mortality rate (per month)
dE	The egg mortlality/removal rate (per month)
dP	Pig mortality rate (per month)
RR_cysticercosis	Risk multiplier for Cysticercosis if human has Taeniasis
theta	Egg to human transmission paramter
eta	Human recovery rate from Cysticercosis (oer month)
chi	rate of aquiring a pork meal (per month)
pih	High intensity infected pig -> human contact rate (per month)
pil	Low intensity infected pig -> human contact rate (per month)
HPS	Human population size
