Breast Cancer Data
1 |
A list of seven different data matrices, each with 6362 genes (variables) and sample size of (118, 353, 200, 99, 198, 133, 344). This is a collection of publicly available microarray studies compiled by Haibe-Kains et al. (2012). This data considers, for each gene, only the probe-set with maximum mean. Also, the analysis considers genes measured in all the seven studies and focus on 50 percent of genes with higher variance in each study.
A data set used by De Vito et al. (2020) in the case study application. The data sets consider genes measured in all the seven studies and focus on the fifty percent of genes with higher variance in each study.

The commands below show how to get the data: the breast cancer microarray studies
are publicly available.
data(data_breastCancer05)
X_s <- data_breastCancer05
S <- 7
j_s <- c(7, 8, 2, 3, 4, 2, 4)
out_breastcancer <- sp_msfa(X_s, k = 8, j_s = j_s, trace = FALSE)
