rijaf-iri/mtorwaws: Processing AWS data from Meteo Rwanda
process AWS data from LSI server, perform a quality check at the time step of the AWS and a spatial check at hourly time scale, aggregate AWS data to a different time scale, analyze the processed AWS data and handle users request from MeteoRwanda Data Processing System (MDPS) API.
