Arguments
tstep
time step.
aws
vector of AWS IDs.
vars
variables.
pars
parameters.
start
start time.
end
end time.
aws_dir
full path to the directory of the AWS data.
Example: "/home/data/MeteoRwanda_Data/AWS_DATA"
