Arguments
tstep
time basis to accumulate the data.
aws
AWS ID.
start
start date.
end
end date.
accumul
accumulation duration.
aws_dir
full path to the directory of the AWS data.
Example: "/home/data/MeteoRwanda_Data/AWS_DATA"
