List of all unique peptides (peptidome) yielded from an in-silico tryptic digestion of a 2018/08/03 download of the human proteome from Uniprot/Swiss-Prot. This digest includes peptides yielded from 0-2 missed cleavage (MC) events and in an amino acid range of 6-25 residues.
