Usage

  prepareSPIA(db, pathwaySetName, print.names = FALSE)

Arguments

db	a PathwayList object or a list of Pathways.
pathwaySetName	name of the output pathway set.
print.names	print pathway names as the conversion advances.

Value

This function has no return value.
