Convert a list of count matrices to a Seurat object
Usage

GenerateSeuratObject(E, filter.mito = T)
Arguments
E
a list of count matrices, named by sample names
filter.mito
if true, populates the percent of mitochondrial RNA and removes those genes from the expression matrix. Default is TRUE.
Value
Seurat object
