Load 10X count matrix from an h5 file

Usage

Read10Xh5(filename, use.names = TRUE, unique = TRUE)

Arguments

filename	Directory and filename of the h5 file
use.names	Boolean TRUE, see ?Seurat::Read10X_h5
unique	Sets the rownames (genes) of the matrix to be unique, see ?make.names

Value

Count matrix with genes and barcodes
