Taxonomic count data from shotgun metagenomics
Description
Taxonomic count data from shotgun metagenomics
Usage
Shen2021
Format
A data frame with the following columns:
- SampleID
The unique SampleID.
- SampleType
The type of sample: either "Rectal swab" or "Feces".
- ETOH_etiology
Whether the liver disease was alcohol related or not.
- Antibiotics
The type of antibiotic the patient was taking.
- MELD
MELD Score (Model For End-Stage Liver Disease). Higher numbers indicate worse prognosis.
- read_counts
Total read counts in the sample.
- taxon
Taxon at the species level.
- count
Count of the Taxon.

Taxonomic count data from shotgun metagenomics
Usage
Shen2021
Format
A data frame with the following columns:
- SampleID
The unique SampleID.
- SampleType
The type of sample: either "Rectal swab" or "Feces".
