plot.species_mix
Usage
## S3 method for class 'species_mix'
plot(x, species = "AllSpecies", type = "response", ...)
Arguments
x
a fitted species_mix model.
species
which species residuals to plot. Default is "AllSpecies".
type
"response" or "link" for plotting of residuals to be on the linear predictor scale.
\dots
Extra plotting arguments.
Details
Plot random quantile residuals (RQR). "RQR" produces residuals for each species.
